Great to deal with and they did great work. Lou and Jen are great people and working with them feels like having a friend help you. My insurance company was trying to force me to settle for a subpar wind damage repair that left my roof looking like it was patched together with scrap pieces, Lou put his foot down and did not let them walk all over me.

After years of patchwork repairs on our roof that we had to pay out of our insurance deductible the storms that we had in our area of Fremont this past year resulted in enough damage that we knew we would need a whole new roof. Lou's company was recommended to us. Lou was very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance company claims and was very helpful. We never had a problem getting ahold of him to answer any questions that we had. The crews that did our work did a great job, including cleaning our yard each day when work was completed. Let me start by saying I know so many people that if one shingle gets blown off they get a new roof! Well not me, I had 18 get blown off on April 1st of 2023. My insurance company denied me basically 3 times. They even went as far as to provide me the color and where to buy they shingles to repair. Lou kept insisting through 3 months of effort that my claim was justified and he was going to get it done. The insurance industry is complex with deductibles, depreciation, replacement values, etc. Combine all these variables with the fact that with all the natural disasters and violent weather insurance companies main responsibilities are to their shareholders not to their policy holders. I won with Lou, it wasn’t easy but again he knew and he persisted to the end. The job was quick, they cleaned up and they were gone. I highly recommend Lou and LP3 Exteriors. A truly professional company that really cares about their customers and one who doesn’t mix in greed in the process of doing business. 5 stars and thanks Lou!
